Just installed the full featured RadEditor for moss and everything works but the image manager window comes up and nothing is showing.  I can mouse over things and it shows to be there but can't see it.  Any ideas?

Hi Mark,

Please, review the following help article which describes how to set RadEditor's image paths via the config file:

I hope this helps.

Sincerely yours,

This did not help.   I did find some sytax errors on my part but that did not fix it either.

This is happening on both list and web parts.

The site collection that is not working is external publishing site with anonymous turned on.  This site collection that is working is a intranet publishing site (no anonymous).   I have the same permissions on both sites (site admin).

The image manager comes up, resizes it's self and just doesn't display anything but things are there.

Any other ides?

Thanks

Were thinking it is probably all in our custom ccs we have for that site collection.  Can you point me to where I find what styles your image manager are using and how to override core.css?

Thanks

Hi Mark,

Unfortunately, the provided information is not sufficient for us to determine what exactly the reason for this problem is. Could you, please, open a support ticket and send us some additional information:
  • Screenshots of both Image Managers - working and not working.
  • The source of the Image Managers - right click on the manager\View Source .
  • Please, send us your custom CSS styles.
In general, when you open the image manager you open a stand alone dialog which has his own styles. Most probably your custom CSS styles has nothing in common with the problem.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
George
