there are 2 site collections on moss server and one image manager works fine and the other one does not.

This did not help. I did find some sytax errors on my part but that did not fix it either.
This is happening on both list and web parts.
The site collection that is not working is external publishing site with anonymous turned on. This site collection that is working is a intranet publishing site (no anonymous). I have the same permissions on both sites (site admin).
The image manager comes up, resizes it's self and just doesn't display anything but things are there.
Any other ides?

Were thinking it is probably all in our custom ccs we have for that site collection. Can you point me to where I find what styles your image manager are using and how to override core.css?

- The source of the Image Managers - right click on the manager\View Source .
