Hi Steve,
The Image Editor of RadEditor does not offer the requested free hand drawing facility.
What you can do is to find a third party free hand drawing tool in Google and integrate it in a custom dialog of RadEditor. A similar solution is available in this KB article: Integrating RadEditor for ASP.NET AJAX with the WIRIS family of products.
