If I have a RadEditor on a page in edit mode (i.e. I can edit text/add images), and have an image pasted from the web, and resize the image, IE8 will crash on postback.

I also had the crash without resizing, when I added an image from IE7, saved, then opened the page from IE8 and simply saved without doing anything.

Also, what's the IE version support for resize and paste of images?

Thanks,

Jeff

Hi Jeff,

I am not aware of such a problem and I was unable to reproduce it as shown in the following video: http://screencast.com/t/kNDFqQp3. Are you able to reproduce it in some of the RadEditor live demos which run the latest version of RadEditor?

Image pasting and resizing are offered by all supported by RadEditor browsers from IE6 till now.

What you can try is to disable the image resize by applying unselectable="on" to the pasted images in the OnClientPasteHtml property and Paste command.
