In IE6, if you select a toggle button in the toolbar, the toggled button doesn't appear to be rendering correctly. In the the Default skin, the toggled button is getting a border applied, which affects the width of the image as well as the containing toolbar. In the Office2007 skin, the image background becomes green and the height of the button increases. Other skins have similar problems.
These problems aren't showing up in FireFox or IE7.
To test, just open up one of the Telerik demo pages in IE6, select some text in RadEditor, and click the Bold toggle button.

Thank you for reporting this problem.
Unfortunately, we were not able to reproduce the problem in IE6.0. Is it possible to open a support ticket and send us a couple of screenshots of the problem and details how to reproduce them.

I'm not sure that a trouble ticket is really necessary. This honestly has little impact on me :-)
To repro in IE6:
1) Go to http://www.telerik.com/DEMOS/ASPNET/Prometheus/Editor/Examples/Default/DefaultCS.aspx
2) Highlight some text in RadEditor
3) Click the Bold button
You'll see the Bold button expand, making the toolbar "jump." The problem appears to be that a border is being applied when the button is active. This increases the horizontal width of the toolbar by two pixels. Since the Default skin has rounded edge images around toolbar groups, the right-most edge image is frequently pushed to the next line.
In the Office2007 skin, active buttons appear to be missing their background image and instead show up olive green.
