Hi Chetali,

Could you please open a support ticket and send us more details about your exact scenario, along with a video that demonstrates the behavior? Which version of RadEditor for MOSS are you using? We will check the details and do our best to provide a solution.

In addition, please test the behavior using the Telerik's LinkManager - open the respective ConfigFile.xml and change MOSSLinkManager to LinkManager.

Sincerely, George

Hi George,

Thanks for replying.I was able to get the link manager working for mozilla as well by replacing "MOSSLinkManager" with "LinkManager" in the files.
However, for safari browser, the target dropdown does not seem to be accepting value when I want the link to open in new browser.I had to explicitly mention "_blank" there.
Please let me know if that can also be fixed.
Your help is apprecaited.
Regards,
Chetali

Hello Chetali,

I was not able to reproduce the problem using the 4.54 version of the MOSS RadEditor. I tried both Safari 2.x and 3.x and in both cases I was able to select the "New Window" value from the target dropdown, which automatically inserted _blank in the textbox above it.

If possible, send us some more information about your scenario - which Safari version do you use, exactly what steps do you make after opening the editor (e.g. select text, open link manager, etc.).
