Hi shilpa,
In its current version RadStyleSheetManager does not combine external style sheet files. Probably in future versions we will consider implementing this.

Are there any plans to implement this? I think this would be a huge benefit.

Yes, we have scheduled this feature for the Q1 2011 release. We also consider it as important and will do our best to have it sooner.
