How to set default text in WCM scenario?

Hi,

I feel really dumb, because I'm sure someone has done this before. 
What would the best way to have the radeditor have some default text into a new posting?

What I'm really after is on a new page for the default text to be and empty paragraph tag.  <p>&nbsp;</p>
