How to set Appointment width

Hi All,

I am using RadScheduler.

Consider Weekly view of RadScheduler.

If there are more appointment in one day then radscheduler shows these appointment.
 But the appointment subject not shown clear .
The appointment width became small so it is not readable .


How can  i solve this issue.
