Hello,
From the provided image it seems that the grid uses multi-column headers. If that is the case you can remove the declared ColumnGroups and the ColumnGroupName properties defined for the different columns.
If the grid is configured in a different way please share with us the page markup and code-behind so we could examine the setup and provide a straight to the point solution.
