How to make RadEditor the default "page content" editor

Is there a way to make the free RadEditor (Lite Edition) the default editor for the "page content" rich HTML filed on publishing pages?

Also, is there a way to replace all my current Content Editor Web Parts in my site with the Telerik RadEditor without me having to go through the following steps (for every page in the site):

• Edit the page
• Copy the contents of the CEWP
• Delete the CEWP from the web part zone
• Add the RadEditor to the web part zone
• Paste the contents of the CEWP into the RadEditor
• Publish the page
