I was try telerik ASP.NET AJAX Q2 2008 with Visual Studio 2005. I want to make a dependency radcombo (bind to database) inside the radgrid. is there any way to make this. please help me. an example will be appreciate. thanks

As you requested I created a website illustrating the mentioned functionality - using both GridDropDownColumn and GridTemplateColumn.
