How to get text/value when firing OnClientSelectedIndexChanging

Hi

I am using Telerik 2008 Q2 controls.

How do I get the text and value inside the OnClientSelectedIndexChanging event?

It always points to the previous values. Basically I want to check a user's selection and, based on a condition, maybe cancel that.
