How to change edit layout

When I hit the edit button I get a list of controls going from up to down.  I want to know if it's possible to make those fields go from left to right?

There's a setting in the MasterTableView of the grid, called EditMode to do this you want to use EditMode="InPlace".    The best way to get their is through the "Open Propert Builder" on the smart card that you are given on the RadGrid.
