How to add this text box with Defalut add form. I dont want to go with Advanced Insert Template , If i Use that Could i need to change All fields into custome mode.

Hi Kasi,

You can use Custom Attribute to display additional textbox for location. Please take a look at this demo for an example.

Hi Kasi,

I didn't understood your requirement. I've noticed the categories and colors in Outlook and your solution is absolutely correct (to use ResourceTypes to display the categories in the advanced form). If you wonder how to color the appointments based on the resource type - you can use this demo as a guidance.
