How do I add grid lines to a RAD grid?

I replaced a Microsoft Gridview with a Telerik RAD grid.  The original grid came with the cells with grid lines around each cell.  How do I duplicate this in a RAD grid?  I tried GridLines=true on the grid and on the MasterTableView - and only the headings get grid lines.
