I have some pages with a masterpage and 1-3 radGrids and all is ajaxified. I want to be able to navigate from and to these pages with the grid information intact.
Has anyone implemented this functionality successfully in asp .net 2.0-3.0? And if so, how?

Take a look at this help topic that elaborates on the matter. To take advantage of our own persisting, you should set the EnableHistory property to true.

I've read almost everything on the topic. I've tried RadAjax, Ajax in prometheus, MS Ajax, Asp Futures History Control and the control by Nikhil Kothari. Everything works except that the OnNavigate Event never fires. Wich is a bummer.

Hi mgns,

The OnNavigate will only work in case of UpdateMode="Always", and our RadAjaxManager works with Conditional update mode. You can manually change that by hooking up on the AjaxSettingCreating event, but then you would have to manually invoke the updates with Update() method, in which case it does not make sense to use the AjaxManager.
