[Solved] Highlighting a portion of Item Text depending on the searched text.

On my web form, I have a RADGrid and a Textbox. I am doing multi-column search depending on what text is entered in the textbox.  Is there a way I can highlight only the searched text in my RAD Grid Columns? Is there any property of RADGrid that will highlight the given text in grid wherever it finds it?
