Thank you for reporting this behavior and for recording the video.
Using the same steps as you have described I was able to replicate that behavior on my end and after contacting our developers team they confirmed that this is a bug with the current implementation of RadPivotGrid.
After some testing I have noticed that the problem is replicating only when the field is added and removed immediately after that through Hide command. If the field is dragged out or if we update the grid manually through the update button after we include the field, everything is working correctly.
However, I am logging this bug into our system, so our developers team could further investigate the issue and hopefully introduce a fix to it in one of our future releases. Furthermore, you could follow the progress of the item in our Ideas & Feedback Portal at the following link:
