Help me GridBinaryImageColumn ?

Hello, I code in below, but It not show images in SQL, it not show error. I was config in web.config. Help me

Please make sure that you have the BinaryImage in the DataSource. Also check out the following help demo.

 Can you elaborate your scenario if it doesn't help?
