Grid Export problem

Hi

I deployed my application in server and browse from two differt client machine and export the grid to excel.
one machine its coming proper format but in some browser its giving the aspx file.what is the problem.Both machine we are using IE 7.

No i didnt have the live URL .No its not giving the aspx file of my page.But some unknown format with .aspx extension.
