get starting with telerik

my first question is this open source and paid tool.
if it is an open source where i can download this telerik components to visual studio 2005.

Unfortunately telerik components are not open source tools. You can download the trial version here. I am sure you would love to use it and probably choose to buy yours soon.

We just downloaded the DevCraft Trial.  I'd like to do a "Hello World" web app, but, when I go into VS2010 and create a new Solution, I have no Telerik components in my ToolBox, only a 'Telerik' & 'JustCode' menu item (plug-in) in the VS menu.  Is there a best practices "Getting Started" guide to ramp up my Hello World?
