Hello.
I put the editor into full-screen mode (by clicking the toolbar button). I then right-click on an image and go into its properties. When I return, the scroll bars on the browser window reappear (I'm using Firefox) and I'm able to scroll up the window moving the "full-screen" editor down the page.

Hi Barry,
Are you able to reproduce this problem by just dragging and dropping the editor from the VS Toolbox and not adding any additional controls or code to the page? The problem could be related to some css classes on the problematic page with the editor.
It will be best if you can open a support ticket and send a sample running project along with steps how to reproduce it on our side. We will investigate the problem and try to provide a solution.
