format stripper

It is strange that when I apply format stripper (no matter if it is stripping font or stripping css or span item) to text with heading tag, the heading tag doubled.

<h1><h1><h1>Test</h1></h1></h1>.

I was not able to reproduce the issue. Could you please send us the HTML code that you have in the editor before applying the Strip All Formatting command.
