Since you are the developer using Telerik's software, please ask your boss to assign you as the developer to the license. In this way, you will be granted access to the software through your own Telerik account and will be able to submit support inquiries to our support engineers through your own account directly. Here are the steps your boss needs to follow:
1. Log into his/her account: https://www.telerik.com/login.aspx?returnurl=%2f
2. Select 'Licensed Developers' from the top menu
3. Click on the 'Add a Developer' button and submit the requested details.
Please note that your boss needs to specify email@example.com
as the e-mail for the licensed developer if you would like to be using account firstname.lastname@example.org for your support questions and software downloads.
