Flicker when displaying with Scrolling.AutoScroll

I have a RadGrid with the ClientSettings.Scrolling.AutoScroll property set to True. When I do this however there is a noticeable  flicker as the grid resizes itself and columns as it is being displayed. This is quite annoying. Is there anyway to stop the flicker.

Thanks, it is not really image flickering. It is more flickering as the grid and columns are resized when displayed.
