Hello we have strange 'black box' effect when dealing with large number of first level nodes. Here's screenshot  - http://img188.imageshack.us/img188/1912/blackbox.png  This problem appears only in firefox(3 stable and 3.5 beta aswell), in IE 7&8 everything is well. It seems like when total number of nodes to be rendered becames greater than some number every node above renders as black div. For example, screenshot was made with 1500 nodes and with 1000 nodes subset of this data no artifacts happens. Any suggestions?

Hello Igor,

Unfortunately, we are not able to reproduce the problem in our live example. Could you please check if you are using the latest version of the control (2009.1.527)?

If this is not the case, I think it will be best if you can open a support ticket and send us a simple running project (incl. your custom skin, CSS, images, DB backup if needed and so on) demonstrating the problem (and step-by-step instructions on doing so). In that way we can reproduce and pinpoint the problems you're facing on our side, understand the logic of your application and provide a solution.

Thanks beforehand for your patience and cooperation,
Paul
