Filtering

I am using ObjectDatasource bound to a radgrid. When I set the Filtering to true, I cannot make any desired result no matter what I enter to the filter text box. Can anybody advice how to make filtering work on objectdatasource.

To achieve the desired functionality, please look  at the following live demo, which is working as expected with ObjectDataSource and AllowFiltering property set to "true".
