Hello,

I am facing some issues with the FileExplorer control in IE8. I have a page where I have placed a FileExplorer control inside a pageview. Please note that the page contains RAD Ajaxmanager. I see the FileExplorer control with full functionality in Chrome, Firefox and Safari. However in IE8 it fails. Most of the buttons in the FileExplorer is not visible. Also the splitter  is messed up.

Please suggest how to resolve the above issue.

Regards,
Asok

Hi Asok,

I already answered the support ticket on the subject. For convenience I will paste my answer here as well.

RadFileExplorer heavily relies on ASP.NET client callbacks, which do not work very good with the MS Ajax framework and ajaxifying the control should be avoided.

However, to be able to provide more to the point answer we will need to examine the exact page setup to suggest the best practice for it. Could you please provide fully runnable sample project demonstrating the problem?
