This issue has happened more than a couple times now. It shows that Telerik did not test their software enough for new releases at all.
The 402 control suite fails on version 3.5, but ok on 3.5 SP1
The 408 control suite fails on version 3.5 and fails 3.5 SP1 under Medium Trust environment.
Please stick to the systems requirements published on your site, and TEST before release!

Hi Sam,
Please, accept my sincere apologies for the frustration. The problem happened while we were testing the build on a local machine. We missed the fact that the local build runs overwrite the files, which are prepared for the official build. There was another fact, which caused shipping the incorrect build - the test build did not run the automatic tests.
Thanks to your post (again, I'm truly sorry for causing that much frustration) we discovered the glitch in our build process and already fixed it. Please, find attached the latest internal build (now verified for working correctly).
I'm attaching the respective DEV build to the support ticket.

We're also just updated to Visual Studio 2008 with .NET Framework 3.5 SP1.
The Controls are still not compiling with this version!??? (AjaxManager, RadCalendar, RadMenu, ...)
I loaded the hotfix but no difference. Therefore I get every time a question 'if I really wanna load the new .dll" which is kind of annoying. Would be ok though, if something changes.
