external file problem reads well fail to write

as mentioned in topic itself i have problem with editor

it reads very well but fails to write

and 1 more thing it shows no error

can any one help me out???

I updated a bit your code and was able to load the external html file content in the editor. For your convenience I have attached the modified code. It is up to you to modify the code to fit your scenario.
Make sure that the html files have set the needed full ASPNET / NETWORK SERVICE permissions.
