Extension filter on "Choose File" dialog

Hi,

I would like to know is that possible to filter the file extension on "choose File" dialog.

For instance:
The deafult files extension on the dialog are as below:
All Files (*.*)
Pictures (GIF, JPG)
HTML (HTML, HTM)

I would like to remove the above file types and create ONLY for .CSV.

Please advice. Thanks.
