This article doesn't help me.

If the image url for the rendered image (<img src='...' />) points to a valid location, it should be added to the pdf. I tested that myself and it works OK. Can you check it?

I add an image into the Template Column with ItemDatabound.
The image URL ist defined like

image.ImageUrl =
"~/images/accept.png";
This is a valid URL, isn't it?
