Hello David,
RadScheduler can export appointments in iCal format. Unfortunately we are no experts with regards to Novell Groupwise. A quick search whether Groupwise supports ical imports yielded the following results:

Perhaps it is possible to import ical data into Groupwise but we have not tested that.
