I am exporting to Excel using HTML format from a radGrid and I am trying to:

1. Put the columns in a certain order, is this possible?
2. I need to add a column that just puts the increment on 1. So row 1 would have 1 and row 2 would be 2 and so on. Is this possible?

These are the two things I'm stuck on, so any help would be great!

Thanks!

Hi Justin,

Yes, you could do these two things with RadGrid. You could find more information on the matter in these help topics:

Reordering columns
Programmatic creaton

For the second requirement you need to create the structure of RadGrid dynamically as described in the second help topic. And when the Export command is raised to add the desired column and reorder the others.
