Hello, i have a big problem!!!! i developed a web site and works fine until a year. It's full developed with telerik. The last month i implemented a new component on my site called jzebra or qz-print and that's jar file allows me print directly to the client zebra printer . BUT the problem is that RANDOMLY ocurrs that the panel updated with radajaxmanger is FREZZING. I see that when the user perform thee action, goto to the server and do all task,like insert, update, get data to refresh a radchar, get data to load radgrid, etc. but never updated the client i see the loadingpanel move but never finished, and not return an error, the only way to continue is refreshing page F5. This errors ocurrs on diferent places and is imposible to reproduce because is randomly.

Hello,
From the provided information it would be difficult to determine what is causing the problematic behavior. Would you try removing the jzebra component and check if the issue is still observed? Also would you ensure that there are no JavaScript errors on the page?
In case the issue persists after removing the component would you elaborate more on the scenario you have? Are you showing and hiding RadAjaxLoadingPanel explicitly?

Hi Victor, thanks for answer.
Maybe is an error between java and jquery. I run on the version without jzebra and NOT freeze. But i need use this applet because i need print labels on the client pc.
What can i do?

Hi Gustavo,
I am afraid that the scenario you have is not supported. If the issue disappears after removing the applet it is possible that it is not compatible with the controls on the page. The integration between different third party controls is responsibility of the respective developer. In this situation I would suggest checking the applet's documentation for a possible workaround.

Victor, i removed the applet, and i remove all reference to it and my problem continue.
How can i do?..the problem was not java

the radajaxloadingpanel is not hide after postback some times, randomly works fine and randomly not hide.

Another Data Victor, the prioblem is not jzebra or wz-industries but!! i have one version of my site that works fine.
What can i check between the old version that run ok and the new version?
There is any version that this problem is a bug?
