Hi there,
After installation today, I too encountered same problem when attempting to run Live Samples. Following suggestion in provided link didn't help as I got same error but with different assembly of 3.5 version of web.config:
Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web.Entity, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
I'm using VS2008 with XP SP2.
Thank you in advance.
Saed

My previous post was posted some week ago and still without a reply. Is this normal to providing support via Forum?
Anyway, my problem resolved when installed the service pack of VS2008.

Hello Saed,
I am glad to hear that your problem is now resolved with installing the SP of VS2008.
Please note that we recommend posting a formal support ticket for all urgent inquiries. We review all forum posts and answer most of them but they generally receive lower priority than support tickets. The community on the forums is very active though and you often get answers from fellow Telerik customers even before someone on the Telerik Support Team responds.

Appreciate the feedback Telerik. I have a problem with opening Support Tickects, simply because I'm panned from!! Therefore, Forums are my only window. I addressed this via a Ticket to Presales and still waiting their reply...
