Error Encounters When Rad Grid Added in Visual Studio

Hi to all,   
            This is siddiqali working no share-point 2010 using visualwebpart,I am sharing the project from other local system.And when i add a rad grid control to my visual studio,Then i am getting error as

 "Error Creating Control-RadGrid1
Failed to create designer 'Telerik.Web.UI. RadGrid,Telerik.web.UI, Version=2010.2.826.35,Culture=netural,PublickKeyToken=12fae165ba3d4"
   
                        I checked the version which are same ,But unable to find solution .Can any one help  me to solve this problem.
