error after upgrade

Hello
after following the manual upgrade procedure (replacing telerik.web.ui and telerik.web.design from bin40 folder) build fails.
Error message is:
Could not load file or assembly 'file:/// (..path..)\telerik.web.ui or one fo its dependencies, Operation is not supported (Exception from HRESULT:0x80131515)
Using VS201. I reviewed the manual installation KB article but it did not help.

Hi Rodrigo Castro,

We recommend that you use the Upgrade Wizard which is part of the Telerik WebUI VSExtensions when you upgrade to a newer version of the RadControls. You can download the VS Extensions for Visual Studio 2010 from the Visual Studio Online Gallery available through the Extension Manager.

The Upgrade Wizard will handle all the required changes so that you can upgrade to a newer version of the RadControls.

OK, I ran the upgrade wizard. Succeeded:13, Warnings:0, Failed:0. And I get the exact same error building the project

Unlocking the downloaded zip file before extracting solved the problem.
