I have added a new item to the toolsfile.xml:
<tool name="InsertAbbr" />
If I want to add a custom icon to the tool using the iconurl property, where is the best place to store the icon?

Hi Peter,
You should set the .gif file for the custom tool in the /Program Files/Common Files/Microsoft Shared/web server extensions/wpresources/RadEditorSharePoint/4.5.0.0__1f131a624888eeed/RadControls/Editor/Skins/Default/Button folder. The name of the .gif file should match the name of the custom command. In your case that would be InsertAbbr.gif.
