Hello Andrey,
Could you please copy and paste the provided in the installation Skins folder to the root of your web application? After that import via LINK tags the css files for the RadWindow dialog in the page with the editor:
<link href="Skins/Window.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
<link href="Skins/Default/Window.Default.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
Save the file and test the editor's dialogs.
If this does not help to solve the problem, please open a support ticket and send a sample running project that demonstrates the issue. We will do our best to provide a solution once we reproduce the problem on our side.

I am having a similar issue. Using Rad Editor skin="Vista" the editor is in a usercontrol called by a radgrid and when i turn on ajax with athe ajaxmanager the styles don't fully load. for instance the paragraph drop down on hover style is wrong and the window for insert a table doesn't work.

The observed behavior should be fixed in our in-house build of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX. If you are interested in testing the latest internal build of Telerik.Web.UI.dll, please open a support ticket and I will send you the Single Developer build of the control.
