Hi Gültekin,
The link / email autocomplete functionality is controlled by the browser and we cannot do anything to control it since the RadEditor uses the browser's Rich Text Editing engine. You will be able to reproduce the same behavior in our competitors' editors too.
Nevertheless, the backspace key should work and your users should be able to remove the links by pressing this key.
You can also see that the link / email autocomplete feature is not supported by Firefox.
