Hello,

We are using the latest version of RadEditor Prometheus in a MOSS 2007 environment as the replacement editor for the default MOSS editor.

We have a page layout that contains a page content field where the RadEditor is replacing the default MOSS editor.
When the RadEditor loads, the edit controls are displayed up in the content editing area.
If you switch modes, the edit control drop down to where they should be in the bottom of the editor area.

What do I need to do/set to get them to load in the correct position?
What do I need to do/set to get them to display their text labels?

Thank you,

Tom Skowronski

Hi Thomas Skowronski,

Could you please confirm that you are using the latest version of RadEditor for MOSS, which is 5.4.0?
In order to help you, we will need some additional information. In you page layout is the RadEditor for MOSS placed in a container with relative positioning? If there are any custom styles on the page, please check if removing them will fix the rendering of the control. Also please provide us with a screen shot of the issue. You can open a support thread and upload the files there or you can send us a link where we can see the images.

Thank you.

Sincerely yours,
