"Edit Templates" missing from Smart Tag

I was attempting to following the instructions in the following link to create a pager template:

However, when I select the smart tag on the grid, there is no "Edit Templates" link on the smart tag window that appears. Form other screen shots I have seen it is supposed to be on the very bottom. I do not have it. I am using 2014 Q3. Any ideas?

I solved this myself. I was in Source View when I opened the smart tag window with no Edit Templates link. It appears fine when I do it in Design View.
