dropdown list items are mooving during dragging the scroll

I am using dropdown within Radgrid which has inline editing.

Now when I click on dropdown and then dragging the below scroll bar the list items of dropdown is also moving.
Please have a look on attached screen and suggest me some solution:

I'm not able to replicate such an issue on my side and I'm not sure what exactly may cause this in your application. Could you please open a regular support ticket and send us sample runnable project which replicates this behavior. Thus we will be able to revise it locally and advise you further.
