We are not aware of existing a problem such as the one you describe. Probably it is related to some browser configuration settings which disables scripts being executed. Please, open Tools->Internet Options
in your IE7 browser, select the Security tab
, then click on the Internet
icon choose Custom level
and check whether the Scripting
is enabled in the Scripting section. If it is disabled, enable it and test whether the problem will disappear.
