I have tested the radgrid on an ipad and it renders nicely, but I can't drag a column header to the Grouping Header.  Is there a way to support that?  If it is not supported now, will it be in the near future?

thanks

Hello Mark,

I am afraid that we do not support dragging of columns in Ipad. We have no plans currently for adding such a feature. Please excuse us for the caused inconvenience.

Kind regards,

So dynamic grouping will NOT be usable on the Ipad?  Is there any way around this?  We are in the process of upgrading our license to get the ASP.NET Ajax controls, but if we can't use Grouping on the Ipad, our managers might not want to use the Telerik Controls.

sorry/thanks

Hello Mark,

You can implement grouping via group by expressions by using a radio button list or something similar, and add the expressions like illustrated in this example. This will allow the users to group by whatever field they need, without using dragging. You can also check this help article for more details:

All the best,
