I am not sure what the question is, but I presume you are talking about multiple files being dropped onto the AsyncUpload control, right?
Currently, we do not support this, but this seems like an interesting suggestion. I have logged it for consideration.

Hi,
Yes, i am think the AsyncUpload control Drag and Drop to support Multiple file. It have some problem when limit the file extension type can be upload. i have solving it by remove invalid file automatically.
