Download problems

I've been having trouble downloading version 826 of Telerik.  I have a high speed connection but the download after 15 minutes drops to a 10KB/sec rate and after about 2 hours, it resets the connection.  I've tried to download about 15 times and have not been able to get a successful download.  Are the servers taxed?

Is there another place I can download version 826?

Unfortunately, we were not successful at reproducing the error you report.

Our suggestion is that it was due to a temporary problem in the connection to our download site. 
To help us investigate the problem further, can you, please, provide us with more details on:
>> the browser / or download tool you use;
>> possibly, the trace route to IP: 72.3.136.250

In cases of download problems, we would recommend that you use FlashGet (or any other download manager) and do not start more than 2 simultaneous connections. I hope that this will help solve the issue.

My ISP was the problem so I'm switching providers.  I checked my speed on www.speedtest.net which is a very nice free test site and my network speed which was 3000 mbits a month earlier dropped to 200 mbits.  At 10KB/sec it said it would take 3.5 hours to download and I think I hit the 4 hour timeout on the ftp server.
