Does Telerik have a download control that functions like the upload control only in reverse order. I have clients requesting the ability to select multiple files and have them all download instead of doing a file at a time. If there isn't a control, is this possible without zipping the files into a single file

We do not offer such a component that combines several files into a single download. Based on the interest in this type of control, we may consider it for a future version of the suite.
At this point you may consider implementing your custom logic which zips the files selected by the end user and initiated a single download of this archive.
