Hi Rahul,
This is a known problem with IE as the background image doesn't scale and ends up showing the other sprite images. This is browser behavior related to IE and it could be reproduced with any elements that are using background images.
A known fix for that issue does not exist and we should wait until IE fix their browser behavior.
